All hail Plato Pale, our newest Pale Ale that we brewed in collaboration with Fox Tale Fermentation. The ripe peach and candied cherry flavors got us feeling philosophical about life. Just like Plato the philosopher, who first believed in planets rotating around planet Earth🌎, our Plato Pale is surrounded by planets in orbit (all of you!)😉 Coming in at 5.6% ABV, this beer will be released Oct 18.
